1. Opening Hours- The nursery will be open from 7:30 - 6:00, Monday - Friday. The nursery will be closed for all statutory bank holidays.
2. Fees: Child's fee are payable weekly/monthly by cash, cheque or standing order. We offer a 5% discount for two or more children from the same family using the nursery. See the manager for details.
3. Enrolment:There will be no reduction in fees if your child is absent due to illness.
4. Termination: Notice of termination from Planet Kids Day Nursery must be given in writing to the manager or deputy. We require 4 weeks notice prior to the termination date. You will be held responsible for fees in lieu of notice if the manager or deputy is not notified.
5. Sickness: There will be no reduction of fees if your child is absent from Planet Kids Day Nursery for part of a weeks registration. Half fees will be charged if your child is absent for the full weeks registration.
A child should not attend if suffering from fever, diarrhoea or a communicable disease. If your child has diarrhoea or sickness they will be excluded from nursery until they have been clear for 24 hours. Should your child become ill whilst at the nursery you will be contacted and requested to collect your child.
6. Holidays: Providing advance notice of two weeks has been given to the manager or deputy, holiday absences will be charged at 50% as long as the child is absent for the whole weeks registration (two weeks in one year). One week to be taken in the Christmas shutdown. Bank/public holidays are to be charged at normal rate.
7. Lateness: A fee of £5 will be charged for every 15 minutes that a child is collected late.
8. Medication: Medication cannot be administered unless it has been prescribed by your doctor and the necessary medication forms have been completed and signed.
9. Sessions: Sessions are as follows - full days 7:30 - 6:00 AM Session 7:30 - 12:30 PM Session 1:00 - 6:00.
